Jodi De Smidt – Residential Mortgage Specialist
I’m a licensed Residential Mortgage Specialist in California, Nevada, and Arizona, helping clients access a full range of lending solutions. At HighTech Lending/American Senior Lending, I guide clients through conventional mortgages, senior lending products, and other mortgage solutions, providing personalized strategies for financial stability and peace of mind.
Previously, I specialized exclusively in reverse mortgages at Mutual of Omaha and Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC, helping seniors unlock the equity in their homes. Now, I’m proud to offer a complete suite of products to meet the diverse needs of my clients. I’m also active in my community through ProVisors, the Folsom Chamber of Commerce, and the Peninsula Estate Planning Council.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my kids and grandkids, enjoy cooking and entertaining, and have recently embraced paddleboarding on the beautiful local lakes.
