Prairie City Landing is Folsom's new independent focused senior living apartment community. We recognize that there is no 'one-size-fits-all' plan for retirement, so we take the time to understand a person's hopes & concerns for their future. That way we can help our residents move forward with a sense of purpose, autonomy, and spontaneity. If you choose Prairie City as your home, you can be assured that this community will reflect what matters to you. Prairie City Landing will offer full sized, fully equipped, condominium-style senior apartments to promote independence while allowing members to enjoy all the services and amenities we have to offer. The community will serve 85 Independent Living senior apartments (most with washer/dryers in the apartments) augmented by 26 assisted living, and 19 memory care apartments. Residents have 3 dining options from which to choose including a bar, a 35-seat theater, an art studio, and a fully appointed fitness center.
