After 6 incredible months of serving our community with adaptive fitness programs for individuals with mental, physical, and cognitive challenges, we’re excited to host a free, fun, family-friendly event for all ages. At Special Strong, our mission is to help individuals with special needs live life more independently and abundantly through adaptive fitness—and this event is a celebration of that vision in action!
