EILEEN REYNOLDS is the President and CEO of Eileen Reynolds Consulting, specializing in strategic planning, government relations and nonprofit board development. Her career has spanned 35+ years, including Vice President, Government Affairs at Tejon Ranch Company (NYSE;TRC) and Legislative Advocate at the CA Association of REALTORS. Her leadership experience includes Chair of the CA Building Industry Association (CBIA), Chair of the American Red Cross Gold Country Region, President of Valley Clean Air Now (Valley CAN), Board Member of the CA Business Properties Association (CBPA), and President of the Foundation for Environmental and Economic Progress. Locally, she serves on the Board of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce and on it's Government Affairs Committee (former Chair), and is the Vice Chair of the City of Folsom's Planning Commission. A native Northern Californian, she is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley where she studied environmental and land use policy. She is currently exploring corporate board opportunities.
