The Folsom Times is an independent locally operated online resource for breaking news and the unique stories in, about and around the Folsom community told by contributors within the community. Launching at the beginning of 2023, the local news resource has been one of Folsom's fastest growing online resources . Now at over 85,000 unique users and more that 165,000 monthly average page views we are the "goto" source for local news in the city and rapidly growing in the outlying communities of Rancho Cordova, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay and others.  

Our mission is to provide the community with reliable, accurate unbiased news that applies to their neighborhood.
