Your Elder Care Specialist assists families in finding care for their aging loved ones. We help assess care needs, connect you to community resources and make referrals to agencies like In Home Care, Home Health, Hospice and more. We also specialize in helping families identify area care communities (Memory Care, Assisted Living, Board and Care). We work to save our clients time and money, and in getting the absolute best care for their loved ones.
We offer free in home (or hospital) consultations and do not charge to assist with placement or resources.
Our goal is to educate families on what is available to them, both in the home and in the community.
We are dementia trained, and have over 27 years of Social Work experience.
