Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner

Description

Start with a selection of flake pastry appetizers, and shrimp bisque or pumpkin or turkey vegetable soup. The main course is roast turkey or herb-cheese pork loin with cranberry-apple sauce, wild rice stuffing, and roasted vegetables.
Finish with a mixed green salad; followed by pumpkin pie, chocolate cake, or Basque cheese cake.
Made from scratch in our kitchen. Vegetarian, vegan/gluten free available on request.
